Every region selected youth delegates to represent their region in the development of the Congress' final document.  The Children's Declaration, "We are the Present, Our Voice is the Future," was the result of many hours of work by more than a dozen youth.

All the youth delegates committed to taking this document back to their countries and governments and to advocate for action on urgent issues related to ending child labor and providing free, basic, quality education for all children.
